The Q-Matic Automated System is the new queue management system, conceived and shared by both the Clark County Recorder’s Office and the Assessor’s Office. Hundreds of customers per day collectively visit these Offices, which are located on the same floor of the Clark County Government Center. These offices are separated by a common hallway and both share the same lobby space. Because these Offices are in close proximity to each other and the fact that many customers utilize both Offices was the ideal solution from a customer service perspective. It was also a fine example of synergy in action as the counterparts in two Offices worked together on this and other projects to solve shared problems.
