ePermit Hub gave us the Digital Plan Room functionality to allow for multiple reviews to be completed simultaneously, removing the need for "paper" permits to be physically routed from desk-to-desk. This feature has significantly reduced review times. Additionally, customers are able to apply for any type of permit and upload plans and documents without leaving their home or office.
