The Pike County health Department’s Mobile Health Unit is a 40-foot medical van that travels throughout the County to provide medical and educational services. The unit also responds to disasters and is used as a base of operations. The mobile health unit just completed its first year of operation, and is still in the process of establishing permanent locations and worksite wellness programs.
