The Maricopa County Early Head Start Child Care Partnership is a comprehensive early care and educational program for working families that uses partnerships with child care providers that serve to expand quality early learning opportunities to 160 infants and toddlers. The MCC –EHS Child Care Partnership has implemented innovative theories of change to guide the services, systems, and approaches to providing EHS services through Child Care Partnerships that have lead the program towards achieving a social impact and strengthened the early educator workforce.
