The Interactive Customer Inquiry System enables visitors to the County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works website to search their knowledgebase, ask a question, or report a problem. Customers can access ICIS from their homepage (http://ladw.org/general/faq/.) When a new question is submitted, a short list of similar inquiries is shown. If none of the suggestions are satisfactory, the customer can proceed with submitting their inquiry. A subject matter expert is assigned to work on the inquiry and provide a resolution within two business days.
