Program Description: The Quality Management Program was created in 2009 as one of the strategies to assist the Wake County Human Services consolidated agency to achieve new levels of integration of the former public health, social services, housing and behavioral health departments while ensuring continuous quality improvement and assurance. Purpose: Develop and implement systems of accountability that promote collaborative quality improvement initiatives, provide oversight of quality assurance activities and enhance staff development in evaluating and improving effective service delivery and efficient operations.
