As a Human Service agency our goal is to provide effective service to our clients. With the use of technology we are able to meet this goal. Compass Pilot Suite provides Electronic Document Management, Document Imaging, Point-of-entry scanning and Automated Electronic Forms to help our agency reduce costs while operating more efficiently. CoPilot is one-of-a-kind mobile software allowing social workers to access and add electronic documents, forms, pictures, and audio recordings to their existing document management system using a tablet. CoPilot saves social workers from one to two hours a day, allowing them to focus on what is most important – protecting children and families. Looked at as a pioneer in the CoPilot world, we are paving the way for neighboring North Carolina counties, along with Adult and Children Services agencies across the country as we are the first North Carolina agency to partner in the development and implementation of Compass CoPilot. Our staff spent hours streamlining our processes and examining why we do what we do. Our agency worked closely with the Northwoods Staff to customize their product to meet our needs. We strive to be technologically advanced and to provide our clients with the best customer service products available.
