Maricopa County Juvenile Probation has partnered with the Arizona State University Center for Games and Impact/ Life Labs Studios, to advance meaningful opportunities of learning and growth through an innovative, dynamic, and mobile platform (Journey.do). Journey.do is an interactive growth platform designed to give youth a voice, identify areas of struggle, support case management and promote positive change toward recidivism reduction. Additionally, it provides professional development opportunities for staff with a focus on building more knowledgeable, empathetic, and connected youth care workers. This work is aligned with the continued efforts to introduce, support, and sustain a focus on providing positive youth development and growth opportunities to improve system outcomes.
