Information Services Department together with the County Administration Office has developed the Easy Online Permitting (EZOP) website, the County’s enterprise land development and building permitting “one stop shop” resource that is efficient, convenient, and simple. Through this website, released in August 2017, customers can complete the entire permitting process and find all relevant information they need in one convenient online location. The website combines ease of use with unparalleled transparency to turn a proposed development into reality quicker and easier than ever before. The portal allows for a seamless submission of applications, plans, and documents while also providing the ability to check statuses, view project updates, and make online payments from the comforts of home; saving time and money. As a result, San Bernardino County communities have seen increased interest from developers and better opportunities for tangible improvement in the lives of their citizens.
