Southern California is facing a housing crisis due to rising rents and a limited supply of homes, among other factors. The County of San Diego has launched a dynamic, multifaceted Affordable Housing Program to provide stable living situations for thousands of low-income residents. The County anticipates a 55% increase in affordable housing production over the next five years. By infusing local resources with state and federal funding, the County is maximizing the number of affordable homes that can be created.
