Cook County Health mobilized quickly in response to the global pandemic, COVID-19. With support of many departments, including Business Intelligence, we were able to track the daily census on the newly stood-up inpatient COVID units, monitor COVID positivity among staff to ensure safe clinical operations, support the operations of mass vaccination sites throughout the community and within our own facilities and engage in vaccine outreach to priority areas within Cook County.
