In 2016, the Community Services Program (CSP) replaced the Fulton Roundtable Expanded Services (F.R.E.S.H. Grant) and Human Services Grant Program, respectively. CSP is Fulton County’s principal avenue for funding social services programs. As part of Fulton County's commitment to ensuring the self-sufficiency of people, specific objectives and related performance indicators were established to measure success over time. CSP addresses five (5) Service Categories: Children & Youth Services: designed to address outcomes and performance measures that result in early intervention services, childhood development as well as child abuse and sexual abuse prevention; Disabilities: designed to assist children and adults with disabilities achieve their personal goals for independent living; Economic Stability/Poverty: addresses improved living condition and increased disposable income and quality of life for individuals or families experiencing “hardships” due to the economy; Homelessness: addresses outcomes and performance measures that result in positive change toward Fulton County’s goal of ending homelessness and Senior Services: assists seniors with their economic and social needs and allow them to live independently in their own homes without social isolation in addition to enabling seniors with Alzheimer’s disease or related disorders and their caregivers to experience a positive quality of life and experience improved health outcomes.
