San Bernardino County Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) utilizes the Community Program Planning (CPP) process to allow for communication between the department and stakeholders regarding our services, outcomes, and other information related to the public behavioral health system of care. Throughout the year, the department hosts or attends approximately 240 CPP meetings where stakeholders are encouraged to share feedback regarding Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) funded programs. The continuous process of gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback supports the departments’ effort to implement program expansion and/or new programs.
