Tyler Duvall

Tyler Duvall is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Cavnue. Before joining Cavnue, Duvall was CEO of SH 130 Concession Company in central Texas. He was previously a Principal at McKinsey & Company, where he advised a wide variety of private and public sector entities on strategic, operational and organizational topics. Duvall also served in several roles in the U.S. Department of Transportation, including as Acting Under Secretary for Policy, the agency’s third highest ranking official. He led the Department’s efforts to modernize transportation infrastructure through new procurement, technology and financing approaches. Duvall earned a B.A. in economics from Washington and Lee University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
