Tim Trautman, PE, CFM

Tim Trautman is the Engineering & Mitigation Program Manager for Charlotte-Mecklenburg Storm Water Services in North Carolina.  He is actively involved in national flood policy issues with the Association of State Floodplain Managers (ASFPM).  Mr. Trautman oversees a $10M annual program that includes water quality and flood mitigation capital improvement projects, local mitigation planning, flood warning and floodplain map maintenance.  He has a BS and ME degree in Civil Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
