    Tim Hens is the Superintendent of Highways of Genesee County, New York, and the president of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE). He previously served as NACE's secretary/treasurer, northeast region vice president, and director. He is a past president of the New York County Highway Superintendents Association and holds a bachelors of science in civil engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
