Tiffany Oliva

Tiffany Oliva serves as Guilford County’s Fiscal Recovery Manager and leads the community’s pandemic recovery team. She also supports local governments across the state through her work with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s School of Government; guiding them in compliance, reporting and management of their allocations of American Rescue Plan Act Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. Tiffany holds a B.A. in Public Policy, and she will complete her Master of Public Administration this month. She is proud of Guilford’s intentionality around civic engagement in the spending of ARPA funds.
