Scott Kelley

Scott Kelley is the Chief Financial Officer of Greene County, Pennsylvania. Prior, he was the custodian of Greene County's electronic voting system and Information Technology Director. He is a member of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania and a general partner at KSM Consultants Limited, an IT and marketing-focused partnership that assists local businesses with IT projects, hardware and business growth.
