Russ Porter is currently a senior executive in the U.S. Intelligence Community. Russ has spent most of his career in local and state government, at the nexus of intelligence sharing and partnerships among all levels of government as well as the private sector. His leadership helped transform the post-9/11 domestic security, information sharing, and intelligence landscape while championing transparency, privacy, civil liberties, and civil rights protections.
