    Rodney Whitlock, PhD

    Rodney Whitlock has spend over 25 years working on the Hill promoting rural health and disability healthcare policies. He served as the lead Republican staffer for Medicaid legislation from 2005 to 2010 and as the health policy director for Representative Charlie Norwood (R-Ga.) and Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). Whitlock has also been an adjunct faculty member at George Washington University's Public Health Department, inspiring a new generation of healthcare policy leaders.
