Robb Gray

Robb Gray leads state-level advocacy efforts for Arnold Ventures. In this role, he identifies grant opportunities, makes strategic investments, and advises on policy campaigns. Before joining Arnold Ventures, he served as the senior director for state strategies and engagement at the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities and has also served as a political consultant and coalition organizer for several policy and advocacy groups, as the executive director of the Oklahoma State Tourism and Recreation Department, as a staff member of the Oklahoma State Senate Appropriations Committee and as an intelligence analyst for the Central Intelligence Agency. Mr. Gray holds a masters degree in public administration from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelors degree in political science and Latin American studies.
