Richie Beyer

Richie Beyer is the Chief Engineer and Operations Officer for Elmore County, Alabama. Mr. Beyer is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Florida and Georgia and is a the past president of the National Association of County Engineers (NACE) and the Alabama County Engineers Association (ACEA). In 2014 he was named the Rural County Engineer of the Year by NACE.
