Rich Schliep

Rich Schliep is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at the Colorado Department of State and previously served as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He leads the Colorado Secretary of State's engineering and operations support teams building a strong technology vision with security built-in from the ground up. He’s also responsible for supporting DevSecOps initiatives to increase visibility, build trust, and encourage learning across the organization.
