Patrick Alesandrini, CAE, RES

 Patrick Alesandrini, CAE, RES, assumed the office of President of the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) on Jan. 1, 2023. As the 2023 IAAO President, Mr. Alesandrini is Chair of the Board of Directors and presides at all meetings of the Board and membership. Outside of IAAO, Mr. Alesandrini is the Chief Information Officer for the Hillsborough County (Florida) Property Appraiser. He served as an IAAO Board member from 2016-2018, in 2021 as Vice President, and in 2022 as President-Elect/Treasurer. He has also served on numerous IAAO committees and task forces and is a senior IAAO instructor, approved to teach more than 25 courses, workshops, and seminars. He also has his MAI and SRA designations, is a Florida state-certified general real estate appraiser, and is a certified USPAP instructor
