Pamela Williams

Pamela Williams joined San Bernardino County in 2015 at the Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Officer. Pamela led the Human Resources Team at the Department of Behavioral Health and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center. In 2018, she was promoted to Principal Administrative Analyst on the County Administrative Office- Special Projects team to oversee and manage priority projects with a countywide impact. In October 2020, Pamela was promoted to Chief of Administration with the County Administrative Office in direct support of the County’s Chief Executive Officer, Leonard X. Hernandez. Pamela provides oversight of the Board of Supervisors agenda item review and approval process. This includes looking at all proposed actions brought before the Board for approval through a Countywide lens to ensure that content is consistent with County policies and Board and CEO direction.
