Mike Dyer

Mike Dyer is an information technology professional with 26 years of experience working with GIS and spatial science.  For more than two decades he has served in numerous roles at Esri and currently leads a team that helps state and local governments in the Southeastern U.S. apply ArcGIS to solve problems and accomplish their business objectives.  Areas of interest include smart communities, resilient and sustainable government.

Prior to Esri, Mike worked in economic development for Henrico County, VA and the State of South Carolina.  Mike holds a B.A. and M.A. in geography from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.  He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina.
