Matthew McCleary

Matthew McCleary is a director at consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services. His current duties include project management and support of government efficiency and improvement engagements, as well as leadership in alternative project finance that encompasses public private partnerships and blockchain advisory services. Before joining A&M, Mr. McCleary managed the Southern California Economics Team at AECOM, specializing in real estate and public private partnership advisory services. He was also a leader in the firm to analyze the potential benefits of enhanced infrastructure financing districts (EIFDs) in California. Mr. McCleary’s public sector clients have included a variety of cities and agencies in the States of California, Illinois, Texas and Florida along with Washington D.C.
