Mark brings more than 20 years experience in interactive, social, corporate video, and broadcast project management. He thrives on helping to shape the best possible user experience for various clients’ product offerings. Recently Mark has led a multi-disciplined team to redesign and deploy the new website for IBM’s Institute of Business Value. Currently Mark is co-leading a team of designers building a training tool for IBM Automation.
