About Luis Diaz
Luis Diaz is a Policy Analyst with the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. His work focuses on adult reentry and substance abuse and mental health services integration, with an emphasis on programming and services coordination, improving outcomes, and increasing public safety. He leads a number of efforts focused on multi-sector collaboration, including Washington DC’s Data-driven Justice Initiative work. He has previously served as a law clerk at the Department of Justice. He has a BS from the University of Maryland, College Park and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
