About Karl Simon
Karl Simon is the Director of the Transportation and Climate Division at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Prior to holding that position, Mr. Simon was the Director of the Compliance and Innovative Strategies Division of the EPA's Office of Transportation and Air Quality. Mr. Simon has a bachelors of science in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a master of laws degree in environmental law from the George Washington University Law School and a juris doctor from George Mason University's Antonin Scalia Law School.
