JW Rust

JW is a Senior Director at consulting firm Alvarez & Marsal Public Sector Services.  Before joining A&M, Mr. Rust was a senior associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, leading the Civil and Commercial Financial Services group for the Decision Analytics team. He was the firm-wide leader of the Chartered Financial Analyst Community Of Practice and led the development of a cutting-edge methodology for analyzing systemic risk. Mr. Rust’s public sector clients include the Federal Reserve, FDIC, Department of Treasury, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Central Bank of Kuwait, National Credit Union Administration and the World Bank.
