Joung Lee

Joung Lee is the Director of Policy and Government Relations at the American Association of Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the former Deputy Director of AASHTO's Center for Excellence in Project Finance. Prior to joining AASHTO, Mr. Lee was a transportation planner at the Federal Highway Administration.
