Johanna Hardy

Johanna Hardy is the staff director and counsel for the Subcommittee on Economic Development, Public Buildings and Emergency Management of the U.S. House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure. Prior, she was the director of government affairs and regulatory policy at Rolls-Royce North American, Senior Counsel for the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, and a senior legislative assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Ms. Hardy holds a juris doctoris from Georgetown University Law Center and a bachelors of science in humanities and engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
