Joe Siegel

Joe Siegel is the Senior Managing Partner responsible for integrated justice strategy at Gartner.  Joe has over 30-years experience helping jurisdictions across the nation plan, govern, architect and implement inter-agency criminal justice data sharing solutions which align with improved with improved criminal justice outcomes and reform objectives.  Joe participated in the formative workshops of the US-DOJ Global XML Structure Task Force to create v2 of the standard now known as the National Information Exchange Model (NIEM).  He pioneered the introduction of electronic filing and electronic access to court records in the nation’s largest county trial court.  Mr. Siegel has also worked with many of the nation’s largest police departments to integrate various data sources to identity at-risk officer performance and manage resulting intervention activities. He presents at national conferences on integrated justice and police accountability topics.
