Jill Jolicoeur

Jill Jolicoeur is the Assistant County Administrator for Douglas County, Kansas. Previously, she was Johnson County, Kansas's Management and Budget Analyst and the Associate Director of of the Civic Council of Greater Kansas City. Ms. Jolicoeur has a masters degree in public administration and served on the boards of the Lawrence Community Shelter and the Shawnee Mission Education Foundation as well as Chair of the Wonderscope Children's Museum of Kansas City.
