Jessa Coleman

Jessa Coleman is the manager of the Maryland Commercial PACE program. She also supports C-PACE efforts in the broader Mid-Atlantic region. Previously, she spent three years working in the social sector on various projects that implemented data in strategic decision-making and process optimization. Ms. Coleman was a fellow in Social Enterprise Management and Impact Investing through the Frontier Market Scouts in 2015 and has extensive work experience in Europe and Africa. She received a Master in Management from HEC Paris as part of its Grande Ecole program, specializing in sustainability and obtaining a certificate in Energy & Finance from Societe Generale. She received a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
