About Jeff Kloska A.A.E.

Jeff Kloska is an experienced Airport Director and an Accredited Member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE). He was named an Airport Business Magazine 40-under-40 honoree in 2015 and also led Meacham International Airport to be TxDOT Aviation’s Reliever Airport of the Year in 2013. During his time in Fort Worth, Jeff oversaw the growth of the airport with a major terminal renovation project, the addition of new hangar facilities, equipment acquisition and the initiation of the midfield redevelopment project which adds 40 developable acres to the airport. With his education and experience, he was able to develop and grow various revenue sources

Jeff has his Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Management that he received from the Metropolitan State University of Denver with a minor in Business Management. He believes in continuing self-improvement which is exemplified professionally by his attendance at the Harvard Business School of Continuing Education and personally through his love of Crossfit. Jeff believes in supporting and encouraging staff to seek out ways to improve not only themselves but also the airport around them.

Jeff’s aviation experience ranges from airport operations, security, maintenance, administration and management at various sizes of airports including busy general aviation and medium hubs. He possesses in-depth knowledge and understanding of principles and practices related to federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations. Jeff also believes in strong symbiotic partnerships among all airport stakeholders including state aeronautics and the Federal Aviation Administration, for the common success of all involved.

Jeff is an experienced municipal and industry leader having worked in the Aviation Departments at the City of Dallas and the City of Fort Worth, as well as led the Texas Airports Council as its past President. Jeff was recently appointed as the Director of the Colorado Air and Space Port and took the reins as of January 2022. He is an active member in various AAAE committees and subcommittees in an effort to improve business practices and the airport industry as a whole.
