Jean Rousseau

Mr. Rousseau was appointed as Fresno County’s administrative officer after having worked in a similar for Tulare County for eight years. Rousseau is a certified public accountant with more than 25 years of experience. Prior to working in Tulare County, he worked in Fresno County’s Auditor-Controller/Treasurer-Tax Collector’s office. He also served as a staff accountant in private practice at Sampson & Sampson CPAs in Clovis, Calif. Rousseau was born and raised in the San Joaquin Valley and graduated from San Joaquin Memorial High School in Fresno. He earned his B.A. in business administration from California State University, Fresno. Rousseau currently resides in Fresno County with his wife. They have three daughters.
