Hon. William Cox

Commissioner William "Bill" Cox has served Rich County, Utah since 1989. He also served on the Woodruff City County and was the assistant Woodruff district fire chief and member of the Planning and Zoning Committee. Commissioner Cox serves as the director of the Rich County Senior Citizens Center and helped develop Rich County's Global Position System and Geographic Information System. He is a past president of the Utah Association of Counties.
