Hon. Julie Rogers

Hon. Julie Rogers is the 5th District Commissioner of Kalamazoo County, Mich. She is a member of NACo's Health Policy Steering Committee and serves on the Michigan Association of Counties Board of Directors, Kalamazoo County Public Arts Commission and the Board of Commissioners' Appointments committee. She is a member of NACo's County Leadership Institute's Class of 2018 and was nominated to the 2019 Women in Government national leadership program. Commissioner Rogers is the co-author of a MacArthur Foundation grant awarded to only five counties nationwide including Kalamazoo County.
