Heather Armstrong

Heather Armstrong is the Clinical Supervisor of the Crisis Care Center in Pennington County, S.D. In this position, she administers risk assessments and provides case management and counseling in crisis situations. She is also responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the county’s 24-hour crisis center and provides community outreach and connections between the center and referral services, the county’s detox, drug and alcohol program, community counseling and the medical centers. Ms. Armstrong has spent over a decade working in the community mental health field providing individual, adolescent, marital and elderly outpatient counseling. She holds a Master of Arts in Agency Counseling from University of Northern Colorado.
