About Dwane Young
Dwane Young has worked with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) since 2005 and has worked on environmental data management systems in the Office of Water and the Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response. Mr. Young also served as the federal liaison to the Western States Water Council and led the initial development of the Water Quality Exchange (WQX) for EPA, played a key role in the development of EPA’s Clean Water Act Integrated Reporting systems, oversaw the implementation of updates to the RCRAInfo system and has extensive experience with assisting partners in sharing water quality data. Mr. Yount has a degree in fisheries and wildlife management from Utah State University.
