Dr. Larry Liberty has over thirty years of education and experience working with top corporations and organizational leaders worldwilde, providing expertise in accelerating individual performance and success, coaching leaders and managers, and creating high performance work teams and cultures. A former Peace Corps volunteer and NASA project manager, Dr. Liberty has been working with Fortune 500 companies, government and nonprofit agencies since 1985 and has taught at international MBA programs in Switzerland, Austria and Germany. He is the author of The Maturity Factor: Solving the Mystery of Great Leadership.
