Debbi Roberts-McGinnis

Debbi Roberts-McGinnis is an 8th generation Polk Countian in Missouri and has served as Collector of Revenue of her home county for 22 years. She is a past president of the National Association of County Collectors, Treasurers and Finance Officers (NACCTFO) and current serves as the NACo Board member. Ms. Roberts-McGinnis graduated magna cum laude in Agricultural Economics from Missouri State University and earned her Chancellors Degree in Public Administration from the University of St Louis.
