David Twa

Prior to being appointed as county administrator, Mr. Twa served as county manager in Ramsey County, Minn. for over four years. He served two terms as the elected county attorney in Blue Earth County Minnesota, before moving on to a career in county administration. In addition to being an attorney, he is also a certified public accountant. He earned a B.S. in economics and a J.D. from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
