David Carroll, M.D.

Dr. David Carroll is the Executive Director of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. Prior to coming to VA Central Office, Dr. Carroll directed professional practice, served as a mental health program manager and practiced as a staff psychologist at the Zablocki VA Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with a joint appointment at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
