Chalonne Wilson

Chalonne Wilson is the national engagement manager at Nexus Community Partners. Prior to becoming the national engagement manager, Ms. Wilson was a human resources and finance association and the Evaluation Fellows program coordinator. Nexus Community Partners is a community building intermediary in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. Ms. Wilson is a trained facilitator and program manager and certified in Technology of Participation’s Effective Methods for Participation and trained in Art of Hosting techniques. Ms. Wilson is also an Intercultural Development Inventory Qualified Administrator and Insights Discovery Practitioner. Prior to joining Nexus, Ms. Wilson served as an AmeriCorps leader and worked with the African American Babies Coalition. After her AmeriCorps experience, she worked at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation as a Senior Program Associate facilitating the Community Equity Pipeline Program, the Neighborhood Leadership Program and other consultant projects, such as the City of Minneapolis’s Urban Scholars Program.
