About Cathy Hatch
Cathy Hatch has over 15 years of management experience with not-for-profit organizations, serving as the Executive Director of the Homeless Coalition of Polk County, Executive Director of NAMI Polk County and Development Manager for a community behavioral health organization. Cathy currently serves as Community Health Care Planner for the Polk County Board of County Commissioners in Florida. She is actively involved in planning related to programs funded by Polk’s Indigent Health Care Sales Tax and other grant funded projects. Under her leadership Polk County has established three new forensic programs including a Forensic Intensive Case Management program; Helping HANDS, a jail transition program; and Roots, a housing program for homeless inmates leaving jail.
Ms. Hatch has been a resident of Polk County for over 20 years and has served on Sheriff Grady Judd’s Advisory Council since 2009. She is a graduate of Mississippi University for Women.
