Carol Reynolds is Senior Vice President of Strategic Client Development for Netsmart. An accomplished senior leader with broad understanding of technology, demonstrated success leading and growing organizations, developing innovative solutions, and improving overall business maturity. Carol drives the Integrated Whole Person Care (WPC) strategy across Netsmart’s Public Sector portfolio. This includes, solution capabilities, focusing on delivery models that specifically impact government solutions and high-profile clients including solution support, user groups, and client councils. For more than a decade WPC has been part of the conversation regarding cost reduction and quality improvement strategies in healthcare.
