Brett Johnson

Brett Johnson is the Supportive Services Manager for Minnehaha County Human Services in Sioux Falls, SD. In 2013, he helped develop Alliance, a jail reentry program that provides intensive case management to individuals involved in the criminal justice system who may also have substance abuse disorders and/or mental health needs. He has been instrumental in creating community partnerships to optimize continuity of care and the intensive need for wrap-around services. Prior to this position, he worked in the mental health field for 11 years and has now brought his expertise and experience to the arena of reentry.
